TheMuscleCollection.com proudly utilizes the United States Postal
Service and UPS Ground Service for all domestic and international
shipments.
Once processed, packaged and dropped for shipping, the time in
transit is estimated at 2-5 days for most U.S orders. Total time to
receive your order is estimated at 5-12 days. Should there be any
further delay in this process, due to back orders on products or
acts of nature beyond our control, you will be promptly notified
with an estimated time of delivery. International Shipping Quotes
are based either on the number of items ordered, or the total weight
on orders over 2 items. International shipping quotes are calculated
upon check-out. International Orders are “usually” shipped and
billed using the USPS International Flat Rate pricing (because it is
normally much less expensive). Orders shipped UPS and are acceptable
as long as they are also shipped to the billing address for the
credit card used. Shipping rates, subject to change this is an
indication only, calculated based on order amount before any
discount or promotion codes: Up to $49.99 = $6.95, $50-$74.99 =
$8.45, $75 - $98.99 = 9.45 $99-$149.99 = $12.95 $150 - $199.99 =
$14.95 $200 and up will be calculated at checkout at a discounted
rate. Rates subject to change without
notice. Current rates will show upon checkout.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Now available in the Continental USA ONLY,
minimum rate shows upon checkout (starts at $24.95). ALLOW 2-3
BUSINESS DAYS including packing/shipping. For larger, bulky or heavy
orders additional shipping may apply for express shipping. In the
event additional shipping may apply, we will contact you for
approval before shipping. If no one is available to accept delivery
or additional charges, it may be delayed beyond our control.
If you require signature for delivery you must request it on the
"special message" screen upon checkout. If you live in a high-risk
area we suggest you request signature confirmation. We will not be
responsible for theft or loss if no signature is requested. Requests
in the "special message" area of checkout will also show on your
automatic email confirmation. If you believe you requested signature
confirmation but do not see it on your order confirmation you must
contact us by email reply immediately. We reserve the right to
require signature for delivery of any order and may cancel any order
at our discretion.
OVERSEAS ORDERS or Outside of the United States, CUSTOMS/VAT:
Check with your country or customs agent to determine what, if any,
taxes, duties or restrictions may apply. Shipping costs are not
refunded if orders are returned by customs or failed delivery
attempts. No refund is given on stolen or confiscated orders. Check
with your customs agency to verify our products are allowed into
your country from the USA. Retail packaging (boxes) may be removed
to reduce the size/weight of your order.
Back-Orders: Please verify your email address when ordering.
Generally, if items are sold out the balance of your order will be
shipped and the total purchase price adjusted before billing. If
items are due in our warehouse from suppliers, we may email you to
advise of order delays. All items and prices are subject to
availability (stock on hand) and subject to error (we are not
responsible for typographical errors including errors in printing,
websites, emails etc. and reserve the right to adjust any pricing or
cancel items or orders without notice).

Returns & Refund Policy
TheMuscleCollection.com takes great pride in our reputation for
quality workout apparel and accessories. If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your TheMuscleCollection.com purchase, we will
assist you in a prompt refund or exchange on all unused and unworn
merchandise in original packaging within 10 days of your purchase
for all TheMuscleCollection.com merchandise. Wholesale and
Distributor orders are also refundable. You being totally satisfied
as a customer is our main concern.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original
purchase, the additional shipping charges will be incurred by
TheMuscleCollection.com. Simply ship your unused item within 10 days
of any comments entered with orders. Apparel and accessories and/or
styles are subject to change without notice due production. Thank
you in advance for your understanding and acceptance of any
alterations or changes. If you desire exchange credit on
non-underwear items you may email your exception request (see email
address above). Exchanges must have a return authorization number
before shipping to us. Exchanges should be insured, as we cannot
exchange items that we do not receive for processing. No exceptions
can be granted on underwear. If an item is returned by the carrier
as undeliverable or unaccepted for any reason, shipping/handling
will not be refunded. Any items returned without return
authorization will not be refunded, exchanged or returned.

concerns that you may have. We will bend over backwards to make sure
that your experience with us is positive and that you will want to
